Inquiry privacy notice

Last updated: 9 September 2026

What you share

Our inquiry form collects a parent, guardian or adult learner’s name, phone number, email address, the learner’s age or school grade, interests and course choice, whether you want course advice or a counselling session, whether this would be your first enrolment, and any message you choose to include. We also record your enquiry reference, any welcome offer and your choice about future updates. Please do not include a child’s full name, school address, identity documents or sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

The Robotronics Club uses these details to respond to your inquiry, suggest a suitable program and discuss schedules, fees and enrolment. If you separately choose to receive updates, we may also contact you about courses and offers by email, phone or WhatsApp. That choice is optional and is not required to receive a first-time customer welcome offer. We record the permission wording and the time you opted in. The quiz does not take a payment or reserve a place. Your answers are sent when you select Send enquiry; unfinished quiz answers are not saved by this website.

Storage and email delivery

Inquiry details are saved in the website’s hosted database. We use FormSubmit to forward inquiries to the club’s designated email inbox. FormSubmit processes the submitted details for email delivery and spam prevention. Its documentation states that its submission archive is retained for 30 days. Email and website copies may remain available to the club for follow-up until deleted.

Your choices

You can contact us directly instead of using the form. To correct your information, request deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry or send no further course updates and offers, email mshahsukruti@hotmail.com or call +91 93749 57562. Include your inquiry reference if available.

Children’s information

The inquiry form is intended for parents, guardians and adult learners. Parents and guardians should submit inquiries for children.

External links and essential security

Instagram, Google Maps and other external links operate under their own privacy policies. The website does not add advertising trackers. The hosting and form services may process technical request information for operation and abuse prevention.
